CABARRUS COUNTY, N.C. — A $2.4 million bridge replacement project has closed Gold Hill Road in Cabarrus County. The bridge over Dutch Buffalo Creek is being rebuilt near Saint John’s Road.

Drivers are being detoured onto Saint John’s Road, Mount Olive Road, and Cline School Road. The project is expected to be completed by mid-2027.
