3 people hurt after shooting on I-85 leads to crash, police say

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are investigating a shooting on Interstate 85 that led to a crash overnight.

Police said one person in the car was shot in the arm on I-85 northbound near Glenwood Drive.

The driver crashed injuring two other people in the car.

All three people were taken to the hospital.

Police have not said what led to the shooting.
