Alliance acquired the 3.39-acre site from local commercial real estate firms Beacon Partners and Browder Brown for $13.5 million — Alliance Residential Co. is nearing construction on its 10th multifamily project in the Charlotte area.

The Scottsdale, Arizona-based developer will break ground before the end of this year on Broadstone Enderly Park, a 336-unit community at 1306 Berryhill Road.

Alliance acquired the 3.39-acre site from local commercial real estate firms Beacon Partners and Browder Brown for $13.5 million, according to the Mecklenburg County Register of Deeds. The non-warranty deed was filed with the county on Sept. 25, records show.

Andrew Howe, Alliance’s managing director of the Mid-Atlantic region, said the site’s location near Lower Tuck and the western edge of uptown positions Broadstone Enderly Park well for those who want to live near major thoroughfares while being within walking distance to retail, restaurants and other local businesses.
