LENOIR, N.C. — The Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a 43-year-old registered sex offender for not changing his address.
Ruben Ramirez is wanted for failing to change his address as a registered sex offender.
If you know where Ramirez is, authorities want you to call the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office at 828-758-2324 or CrimeStoppers at 828-758-8300.
