CHARLOTTE — King Arthur Baking Co. will expand into Charlotte with a pop-up location.
The longtime baking and flour company has snapped up a 4,300-square-foot space at Apex SouthPark.
It opens Nov. 7, with plans to operate there through early 2028. The shop will be at 4425 Sharon Road, Suite 160, next to Snooze restaurant.
The location is ideal because it doesn’t require significant renovations. The company declined to share its investment, saying it plans minor branding and fixture updates.
