CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Where and when should you shop for the biggest discounts on Black Friday? Or should you stick to online deals?
Four traditional department stores with locations in the Charlotte area top a list put together by WalletHub.com, according to its studies and reports.
JC Penney, Macy’s, Kohl’s and Belk will offer average discounts of at least 50%, WalletHub reported.
