Kamba never thought he would play football.

He got off to a slow start through his JV season, but every time he was called off the bench, he had an impact.

Kamba said it was during his junior year that things took off.

He is going to the SEC to join the Auburn Tigers and said it was the biggest reason why.

“Oh, just that, somewhere you know, where you develop, you know, have a great relationship with all your coaches and just knowing that the school for you and just not the program name, that was something big for me,” he said. “Just building a great relationship with the coaches and everybody.”

Kamba told Channel 9 that his next step includes a plan to study agriculture and business, specifically dairy, which was inspired by his father.

“So get in my own cows, like knowing how to milk cows, like knowing how to put in a bottle … like in the business side, so that’s what I want to know,” he said.

Kamba told Channel 9 he has not milked a cow yet but it’s on the list.
