CHARLOTTE — Northwood Ravin’s next Ballantyne project could add significant retail and residential uses to The Bowl at Ballantyne.
The Charlotte-based developer’s planned multifamily tower at 14180 Stream Way is expected to have up to 356 units, more than 22,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and podium parking with up to 686 spaces.
That’s according to a land development construction plan approved July 23 by the city of Charlotte. Northwood Ravin filed plans for the tower in November.
The development is across the street from The Amp music venue. It’s also adjacent to Stream Park, along with restaurants and retail nearby in The Bowl at Ballantyne.
