Family members said the victim, Stiven Peralta, was getting off the bus with his little sister when a stranger grabbed him and tried to pull him off.
"He was pushing him and shoving away and managed to get out of his arms," said Saory Gonzalez, a family friend.
Stiven said he escaped the man’s clutches.
"When I walked outside, my son was running toward the house,” said Elia Alvarez, the boy’s mother. “He was scared, and he said that someone grabbed him (by) the arm while talking on the phone at the same time."
