Car ends up on its side after police chase, crash in west Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — State troopers have not yet said what led to a chase that ended in a crash in west Charlotte late Wednesday night.

Channel 9 was at the scene around 11:30 p.m. on Freedom Drive at Morehead Street, and could see one vehicle on its side after apparently hitting a pole.

Officials told Channel 9 that nobody was injured but have not released any other details.
