Cars and pedestrians brave the weather in Uptown Charlotte

CHARLOTTE — Channel 9’s Glenn Counts is live from Fourth Street and Mint Street in Uptown Charlotte, where a number of cars have been seen despite continuous snowfall.

Counts has also seen a quite a few people walking around in the residential area he’s reporting from.

Visibility is not great. You can see the sign at Truist Field, but the blenchers are completed covered in snow.
