FORT MILL, S.C. — New details have been released about the deal by Charlotte-based fashion company Cato to buy the old Knights stadium in Fort Mill.
York County has been looking to sell off the property since the team is moving to uptown Charlotte in 2014.
County leaders tell The Herald that the development could mean a $400 million investment. It calls for a distribution center and office, retail and home space.
