Charleston restaurant known for frosé to open in South End

CHARLOTTE — The Co-Op Frosé and Eatery is set for its Queen City debut. That Charleston, South Carolina-based restaurant concept expects to open a 2,200-square-foot location in South End in July.

The Co-Op — known for all things frosé, gourmet sandwiches and iconic pink flamingo branding — will be located at 340 W. Tremont Ave., Unit 110.

Expect The Co-Op to have a laid-back, beach-café vibe, with a focus on its signature and seasonal frosé. The original — The OG — melds dry rosé and strawberry simple syrup for a slushy drink.
