CHARLOTTE, N.C. — With the Ally Charlotte Center uptown as a highlight, the local office market is expected to be among the most active in the U.S. this year, according to a new report.
Commercial Cafe, a provider of information services for commercial real estate, ranks Charlotte at No. 5 among markets set to deliver the most space in 2021. More than 4.1 million square feet of office space is set to deliver here this year, with the Ally building being the largest single project, according to that report.
