CHARLOTTE — The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department has asked the public to avoid the area of an east Charlotte apartment complex on Wednesday morning.
Law enforcement is responding to an incident in the 1500 block of Kelston Place at The Kelston, north of Albemarle Road.
