CHARLOTTE — Your basketball bracket might have been busted, but the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department has a cute bracket that everyone can win with.
The “Officer Good Boi Bracket” is pitting the department’s K-9 officers against each other in a March Madness-style tournament. People on Twitter have been voting for the top dog, and now it’s down to the final two.
The finalist from the Paw-tect & Serve region is the #1 seed Otto. He's ready to trot into retirement but not until he cements his legacy as THE #officergoodboi. Then there's the underdog: 7-seed Oso. The Paw-trol region finalist dazzles with his incredible fluffiness. pic.twitter.com/2ikfNI8HrI

Otto and Oso advanced past 12 other K-9s to get to the finals, and the poll is open until Tuesday afternoon.
One of CMPD’s K-9 handlers told us the competition is all about showing the community the other side of police dogs.
“The common misconception is that our dogs are not social animals, and they actually are when they’re not working,” one handler told Channel 9. “They’re super loveable.”
You can still vote for which dog you think is the best by clicking this link. (You do have to have a Twitter account to take part in the poll.)
