Construction starting soon on Myers Park condo development

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A Charlotte luxury homebuilder will break ground soon on its first condo project.

Simonini Homes will begin construction next week on 1500 Queens, which will include 14 condos on five floors at the corner of Queens Road and Pembroke Avenue.

Thirteen of the units have already been sold, the homebuilder says. The condo remaining on the market is listed for north of $1.1 million and measures 2,141 square feet, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
