ROCK HILL, S.C. — A data center under construction in York County is already impacting property values.
Our partners at The Rock Hill Herald reported that the QTS data center in Lake Wylie has driven the value of nearby projects up 123%.
The data center company’s investment has also increased from $1 billion to $8 billion.
Neighbors have long opposed the project, citing utility concerns.
