NORTH CAROLINA — Thousands of North Carolina students will be getting extra help to prepare for life after graduation.
The Department of Education awarded close to $4 million to the state’s Skills for the Future program.
The initiative uses classroom work to show colleges, employers and the military what students can do beyond test scores.
