Family: Man has son with woman he's accused of killing

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Family members said a man accused of shooting and killing a woman Wednesday night had dated her for years.
 
Police said Paul Williams shot and killed Jestine Clyburn on Echo Glen Road.

Family members said their 8-year-old son was home at the time of the shooting.
                               
Neighbors said the couple was arguing before they heard a gunshot.
