FORECAST:

  • We finally dug out of the chilly temperatures Thursday.
  • Unfortunately, it won’t last with the arrival of another weather system.
  • The next batch of rain arrives Friday with a few morning showers.
  • The bulk of the rain will start Friday afternoon and go into the night.
  • About a half-inch of rain is expected.
  • The system is speeding up a little bit, which should eliminate the chance of rain on Saturday.
  • Cooler temps are in the forecast.
  • Below-freezing temperatures are in the forecast for Sunday and Monday mornings.
