YORK COUNTY, S.C. — The former headmaster of a York County charter school is now facing felony charges of embezzlement and exploitation of a vulnerable adult.

The school board for Carolina Classical Academy, formerly known as Ascent Classical Academy Fort Mill, said it discovered an unauthorized charge on Jennifer Mognett’s employee credit card and notified police.
