Here’s what you need to know about Panthers training camp, Fan Fest

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Carolina Panthers fans will be able to watch the team practice at training camp this summer, the organization announced. In addition to open practices in Spartanburg, the Panthers will host its annual Fan Fest in Charlotte as well.

The team is scheduled to hold 14 practices at Wofford College that are free and open to the public beginning July 28.

While the team’s first practice of training camp has traditionally been held at Wofford’s Gibbs Stadium, this year the first practice at the stadium is scheduled for July 31 as part of the NFL’s Training Camp: Back Together Saturday celebrating the return of fans and football. It will also include on-field performances by the TopCats, Sir Purr, PurrCussion and Black & Blue Crew, plus activities including face painting, food trucks and interactive games.

On Aug. 18-19, the Panthers will welcome the Baltimore Ravens for two joint practices leading up to a preseason contest between the teams at Bank of America Stadium on Aug. 21. Times for those joint practices will be released later.

The practices with the Ravens will mark the second set of joint practices in 2021 for the Panthers as the team is scheduled to hold practices with the Indianapolis Colts in Westfield, Ind. on Aug. 12-13 in advance of their preseason game on Aug. 15.
