Homebuilder buys land in Fort Mill for development

FORT MILL, S.C. — A local homebuilder has closed on the purchase of more land for the second phase of its residential development in Fort Mill.

Last week, Charlotte-based Classica Homes paid $2.3 million for 19.4 acres in Fort Mill, according to York County real estate records. The land is shown on the homebuilder’s site plan for Arden Mill, a single-family residential development just off the Fort Mill Southern Bypass.
