CHARLOTTE — The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is conducting a homicide investigation in the University City Division.
The incident took place in the 4900 block of Round Pond Road Saturday night.
MEDIC responded to a stabbing around 7:30 p.m.
Upon arrival, one person was pronounced deceased and another was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
No additional details have been made available.
