CHARLOTTE — Spectrum Center is getting a new exterior look, following the two-year $245 million renovation of the building’s interior completed in October.
Charlotte City Council on Monday approved a rezoning request on Monday that will allow the projects.
The existing electronic sign can now be moved to one of three locations on the arena exterior; the new, larger video board will be placed on the outside the East Trade Street façade.
