CHARLOTTE — Living Spaces paid $7 million for the future site of its first store in Charlotte, and North Carolina.
According to the Charlotte Business Journal, the land is at Tyvola Road and I-77 in the Yorkmount area.
Plans call for a 154,000-square-foot showroom and cafe.
Living Spaces sells a wide range of furniture, mattresses, couches, dining sets, as well as home office and outdoor items.
