Local churches start making plans to keep people safe when they reopen

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — According to North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper’s reopening plan, phase two involves churches starting to reopen.

Many North Carolina churches are already preparing for when they can but said it won’t be the same as before the coronavirus pandemic.

“We are going to extreme measures to make sure nobody is bringing the virus in here," said Pastor Austin Rammell, with Venture Church.
