Local families find unique ways to celebrate Halloween while staying safe

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said it’s one of the high-risk fall activities for spreading the virus. But families still found unique ways to celebrate the holiday.

“Yeah, we love Halloween, so we’re trying to make the best of it," said Halloween fan Kara Hoffman.
