CHARLOTTE — A major vote that will shape Charlotte Douglas International Airport for the next decade is scheduled for Monday.

That’s when Charlotte City Council will decide whether to approve the Airline Use and Agreement lease.

If approved, the airport says money provided by the airlines will pave the way for the Concourse C expansion, a new passenger tunnel and renovations to the international arrivals section.
