CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A man was seene Saturday masturbating while sitting on a bench on West Eighth Street near Fourth Ward Park in uptown Charlotte, police said.
A man and a woman tried to walk in another direction when police said Gabriel Crider followed them and exposed himself.
Crider tried to flee the area and a witness followed him. Police arrested the suspect a few blocks away.
