MECKLENBURG COUNTY, N.C. — The Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office made a birthday dream come true for a 10-year-old boy on Wednesday.
Deputies surprised Jabari Spruill Jr. with a parade.

His celebration with friends was postponed due to the coronavirus, so the sheriff wanted to give him something to remember on his special day.
