YORK COUNTY, S.C. — A site on Gold Hill Road in York County is being targeted for a project by a developer based nearby. The approval process for the development appears to be ramping up.

The York County Planning Commission is considering a rezoning request from Vulcan Property Group regarding a 4.4-acre site on Gold Hill Road. The site would be home to a project that calls for office, retail and restaurant space, among other uses, commission documents state.
