CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Toucan Louie’s is expanding with a grab-and-go store in Plaza Midwood.
The cafe will be tucked into a 622-square-foot space at 1200 Central Ave.

It should open in the next few weeks, says Marc Kieffer.
He and wife Le Anne are behind that concept, which debuted in Charlotte’s Smallwood neighborhood last December.

Toucan Louie’s puts a twist on the neighborhood market, with the bulk of products sourced in North Carolina.
