No one hurt in Steele Creek house fire

CHARLOTTE — A house fire was quickly put out in Steele Creek late Sunday night.

It happened just before midnight on Bayse Court, near Brown Grier Road.

Charlotte Fire said no one was hurt, but video from the seen shows heavy damage to the roof and side of the home.

It took 30 firefighters about 20 minutes to get the blaze under control.

The Charlotte Fire Investigation Task Force is working to figure out the cause.
