CHARLOTTE — There could be even fewer parking spots in the popular NoDa neighborhood.
A developer wants to put a permanent open-air market next to the Davidson Street Public House.
This would replace the eight parking spots next to the bar and restaurant
City Council will consider the proposal next Monday.
