CHARLOTTE — Court resumed Wednesday morning in the trial of two men accused of killing a Noda woman.
During Tuesday’s testimony, Mary Collins’ mother relived the moment she learned her daughter was found dead.

“Two officers came, we went inside, they told us to sit and they told us they, they found her body,” said Kasei Confora, the victim’s mother.
Police found Collins’ body inside a Noda apartment. They say she was stabbed more than 100 times. Her body was stuffed inside a mattress.
A CMPD detective told the jury an anonymous tip led them to that apartment building.
Collins’ ex-boyfriend, Lavi Pham, and James Salerno are both charged with her murder.
