GASTON COUNTY, N.C. — Authorities charged Darren Adams Saturday with first-degree murder after a man’s body was found inside a room at the Gaston Inn.
Adams is accused of shooting Joshua Gilliland in the head, police said.
A cleaning crew found Gilliland’s body Friday afternoon.
