ROCK HILL, S.C. — An investigation is underway following a deadly crash that took place in Rock Hill early Sunday morning.
The incident happened on the Exit 82 southbound ramp of I-77 around 3 a.m.
The driver of a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado lost control of the vehicle and hit the guardrail. The impact caused the car to overturn.
The 20-year-old driver, who has been identified as James Conner, died at the scene. A 20-year-old passenger was taken to Piedmont Medical Center. Their condition is unknown.
No additional details have been made available.
