Gibson Mill Market is adding wood-fired pizza to the menu. Meadow’s Woodfired has inked a deal for the Concord food hall, part of a 653,000-square-foot, historic mill site at 325 McGill Ave. NW.
This marks a second location for the Mooresville-based brand, expanding its footprint in the region.
“We believe that Gibson Mill is on a trajectory to become one of the foremost casual family dining destinations in the Concord and Kannapolis area,” says restaurant owner Nikki Ketring.
