CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police have confirmed the name of the taxi cab driver who was killed in a car crash in south Charlotte on Friday morning.
Police said Justin Miller was drunk and speeding when he hit a cab driver on Woodlawn Road.
Paul Miller, 56, was killed.
Justin Miller is charged with death by vehicle, hit and run, DWI and driving with a revoked license.
Officers said the cab driver was turning from Montford Drive on to Woodlawn when he was hit.
