CHARLOTTE — An important midterm election is just a little over two months away.
House and Senate races across the country will be the biggest headline, with Republicans only holding a narrow margin in the House. Democrats would need a net gain to take over the Senate, and an important race is right here in North Carolina with former Governor Roy Cooper versus Michael Whatley.
