Red Bull, Rauch eye bigger investments at beverage manufacturing hub in Concord

CONCORD, N.C. — Documents show that two of the companies leading a massive beverage manufacturing hub in Concord are increasing their investment there.

This week, Concord City Council is scheduled to revise its incentives grants for two components of the $1 billion-plus beverage manufacturing campus being led by Red Bull, Rauch North America and Ball Corp. City documents state that Rauch and Red Bull are planning to increase their investment by a total of approximately $411 million. The campus was announced last year for The Grounds at Concord, the former Philip Morris site.
