CHARLOTTE — Sea Grill is suing the landlord of this high-profile uptown property, claiming breach of contract and fraud.
Sea Grill LLC filed its complaint in Mecklenburg County Superior Court on Aug. 18. It names Queen City Quarter owner 210 East Trade Holdings LLC as well as CBRE Inc.
CBRE serves as property manager for the former EpiCentre site at 210 E. Trade St.
