SALISBURY, N.C. — A Silver Alert was issued Monday for Luigi Aloysuis Pontes, 55, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment, Salisbury police said.

Pontes is white, 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds.
Anyone with information about Pontes should call G.L. Summers at the Salisbury Police Department at 704-638-5333.
