CHINA GROVE, N.C. — A student brought a BB gun to South Rowan High School on Thursday, according to school officials.
The principal sent a letter to families saying the BB gun was confiscated by Landis police.
School officials said the student was disciplined.
The principal is asking families to use the incident as an opportunity to review the school district’s code of conduct with their children.
