CHARLOTTE — Night Swim Coffee is slated to join the lineup at this Optimist Park development.
The 1,900-square-foot coffee shop — the fifth for that brand in the Charlotte market — is set to open in September at The Joinery.
That 83-unit, mixed-use apartment building at 1824 N. Brevard St. opened on April 1. It has studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments — and is the first complex in Charlotte without on-site parking.
Local developer Space Craft is behind the project, with a second phase planned.
