NORTH CAROLINA — North Carolina lawmakers are considering changes to state liquor laws.

A Senate committee is talking about a plan that would allow people to buy up to two mixed drinks at the same time, expand the number of products at ABC Stores, and broaden some rules around liquor and wine tastings.

Another bill is in the state House that would let grocery stores sell premixed cocktails.
