CHARLOTTE — A water main break in southeast Charlotte is impacting rush-hour traffic Tuesday afternoon.

Chopper 9 Skyzoom flew over Monroe Road near Briar Creek Road where the outbound lanes were still closed at 5 p.m.
Police officers set up a detour for traffic.
Channel 9 asked what caused the break and how long it will take to fix it.
