When work on the Panthers’ headquarters is set to begin in Rock Hill

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — With the final reading and public hearing for $225 million in local incentives coming on Monday, it appears work on the Carolina Panthers’ team headquarters and training facility in Rock Hill will begin soon as well.

The notice, in addition to the public hearing on local incentives, indicates the project is still moving along in the wake of the outbreak of the novel coronavirus.
